Losch SMA905 connectors are manufactured and
size-drilled by Losch and are the most accurate
all-stainless steel production SMA connectors
available.
Introduced in 2002 as the first keyed,
anti-rotating SMA connector, it is unique in
that the mating features are reversed, that is
the male key resides on the receiver, permitting
a fiberoptic cable with a keyed SMA connector to
seat in a standard receiver if necessary. Only a
keyed SMA connector will mate with a keyed
receiver.
